Business relationship with Google

I decided to try out what it would take to add an advertisement to a simple, personal website (like this). And the quick results are - almost nothing.
So I basically made a business contract with one of worlds largest companies, Google, resolved some taxing issues, agreed on revenues, designed customized advertisement program with them, included the necessary server-side technology on my site and started making money. All in 20 minutes! To be honest, the process was not that fancy, but still the easiness of doing business with Google is simply amazing.
Of course this blog is currently just for an occasional thought of mine and thus not interesting. So basically I do not except to make a nickel through my little AdSense partnership. Still, it was really an interesting (learning) experience to go through. Just in case I would need to place an advertisement on some real website later - to make some real money.
