Desktop apps created with IT Mill Toolkit 5

Marc Englund, level 15 Ajax-wizard at IT Mill, shocked me yesterday with small demo he made with upcoming IT Mill Toolkit 5. It seems that Adobe Air is a perfect combination with IT Mill Toolkit for creating Desktop-like thin-client apps. Here is a nice and trivial example:

Just look at the source; could this be any simpler? Also note that the API has been stable for years - the example application was written already in year 2002!
