Chrome is a trojan horse?

In short - by agreeing to Google Chrome EULA, you give lots of rights to any content you post or display using Chrome to Google. Could this mean, for example, if you happen to own a popular web-site and test it with Chrome - Google gets rights distribute and modify any text, graphics, videos, javascript, ... that pass through the web browser? Probably not, but I would be very careful - until Google gives some clarification to this part of EULA and figures out that it better to follow their own manta: "don't be evil".

(update: Google did the right thing and corrected the problem. Thanks!)
