Henri Muurimaa wrote and an excellent step-by-step tutorial on how to create new user interface components for IT Mill Toolkit. Naturally all this info is also available on the manual, but sometimes you just can not beat a step-by-step howto. This is also an excellent starting point for adapting existing GWT-widgets for use in IT Mill toolkit or for just learning about IT Mill Toolkit architecture.
